Knockdown Upgrade

Scope:

Large corrugate containers are collapsed and stacked after manufacturing.  This area has created challenges for the manufacturer over a period of time.  The existing end effecter design damaged product and caused difficulties in post manufacturing operations.  Multiple attempts were made to update the end effecter for better performance.

The Knockdown Upgrade supplied a custom end effecter that provided fast changeovers, even stacks and reduced product damage.
